Ashley Kartchner is a seasoned entrepreneur and results-driven marketing professional. She brings a breadth and depth of experience in branding, online marketing & website development. She has a unique flair for recognizing and harnessing the talents and key strengths of each individual team member to deliver projects that are on time and on target - with flawless execution. She seeks out the best in class subject matter experts to be a part of her team to deliver projects that exceed expectations and deliver results.

She is currently the President and Founder of Your Marketing Concierge (YMC), a Marketing, Branding and Website Development Company. YMC’s goal is to become an extension of their clients’ team as well as a valuable asset to their business. She works regularly with thought leaders, business managers, entrepreneurs and her YMC Circle of Leaders.

She is a University of California, Santa Barbara Graduate with degrees in Business Management and Communications. She is a true “mover and shaker” who went from having her first Golf Ball Recycling Business at the age of 8, to co-founding her first Project Management Company, Avasa, at the age of 20.

Ashley eagerly dives into her clients businesses and propels them forward to deliver amazing results that positively impact their bottom lines.
